After years of enduring complex childhood trauma, coupled with major traumas in my twenties, I lost connection with who I truly was at a soul-level, struggled profoundly with my mental health, and was stuck in toxic cycles of self-destructive behavior that were leading me down a dangerous road.

I didn't understand how all of my current problems were actually rooted in my body and mind's attempts at healing from the multiple traumas I experienced until I decided to go back to school to learn how to heal myself.

After earning a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in trauma and childhood development, 2.5 years of Doctoral studies, additional trainings in meditation, MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction), TF-CBT (trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy), interpersonal neurobiology, energetics, nervous system regulation, somatic healing and quantum mechanics, I have pieced together a very specific methodology for post-traumatic growth via the body, psyche, and brain that helps survivors of trauma like myself, make leaps and bounds in regaining control over their lived experience.
